George Byfield
Chief Executive Officer
George is responsible for the overriding vision, mission and purpose for the company and for the generation of creative marketing strategies and partnerships to meet clients’ needs. His experience includes such high profile clients as Staples, Business Week Media, Hachette Filipacchi Magazines, Ziff Davis Publishing, Simon & Schuster Publishing, Holiday Inn and the Detroit Tigers.
George holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Advertising from New York City’s School of Visual Arts.
Erica Byfield
Chief Financial Officer
Erica oversees the strategic, financial planning and general operations. Her experience includes providing business solutions in the areas of accounting, finance and business process improvements for companies such as Bearing Point (formerly KPMG Consulting), the Commonwealth Development Corporation, and UBS Warburg Investment Bank in London, England.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and a Master of Science in Finance.
Carol Archebelle
VP of Marketing & Business Development
Carol is instrumental in strategic planning for clients. Carol has extensive experience in sales and marketing strategy, including directing the publications of the American Diabetes Association, launching a national magazine and website at Health Leaders Media, managing the Diabetic.com e-commerce site, and launching an in-office patient magazine. Most recently, she stayed on the cutting edge of media during her tenure at AT&T.
Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Journalism from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
Christopher K Wright
VP of Technology & Creative Services
Chris oversees the integration of marketing, new media, design and technology for clients. He has designed and produced numerous websites and interactive presentations for several Fortune 500 companies, including Sharp Electronics, Brother, Toshiba and Dun & Bradstreet. Chris also taught web design, typography, color and print design at The Chubb Institute in New York City. Recently, Chris helped develop new online initiatives for Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Forest Laboratories, Inc. and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center for IconNicholson in New York City.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Comet Creative Wins Two Local ADDY Awards
Comet Creative won the gold award in the "Self-Promotion, Collateral" category for their rebranding of the company – from Blair Advertising to Comet Creative, including their signature orange flying turtle logo.
Comet Creative also took home the silver award in the "Mixed-Media, National Consumer" category for its St. Lucie County 2009 Tourism Campaign, designed for client St. Lucie County Tourist Development Council.
The rebranding and tourism campaigns will now go on to compete in the regional ADDY Awards.
